1. Cancellation Before 24 Hours of Check-In

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative or service charges. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. No Refund Within 24 Hours of Check-In

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Please plan your travel accordingly.

3. Non-Refundable Hotel Bookings

Some hotels listed on karnatakatourismhotels.in are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for cancellations, date changes, or refunds under any circumstance.

4. Modification of Booking

Modifications such as change of guest name or travel date may be permitted only if requested more than 24 hours before check-in, and subject to availability and the respective hotel’s policies.

5. Booking Not Confirmed

If your booking is not confirmed due to any technical or availability issue after payment, we will issue a 100% refund within 5–7 working days to the original source of payment.

6. Refund Mode & Timeline

• Refunds are always processed to the original method of payment.
• Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 2 business days to your original payment method.
• Bank or payment gateway delays may affect the final reflection of the refunded amount.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be entertained in case of cancellation due to natural disasters, strikes, travel restrictions, pandemics, or any force majeure event beyond our control.
