1. Eligibility to Use the Site

2. Membership & Guest Booking

You may book hotels as a guest or by creating an optional account. If you register, ensure that all information is accurate and current. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts at our discretion.

4. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

5. Hotel Booking Terms & Refund Policy

• Refunds before 24 hours: Eligible for refund (excluding processing charges) if canceled at least 24 hours before check-in.
• No Refund within 24 hours: Strictly non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
• Non-refundable hotels: Some listings are marked non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is valid only upon receipt of a confirmation via email or SMS.
• Modifications: Allowed only if requested more than 24 hours in advance and subject to hotel policy.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate hotel listings and prices. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or modify affected bookings in such cases and offer alternatives or refunds if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

As an authorized agent, we do not own or manage the listed hotels. We are not responsible for issues related to hotel service quality. However, we will support users in resolving disputes with hotels whenever possible.
